Refund policy

All sales are final. Every product sold by Méus is a digital file. Nothing is shipped, and once a download has been made available the file cannot be returned or un-received. For that reason we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges. Please read the product description carefully before buying — file formats, pixel dimensions and exactly what is included are listed on every product page.

If something is wrong with your files. This policy covers change of mind, not faults. If your download link doesn't work, the files are corrupted, you received the wrong item, or the files don't match what the product page described, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will put it right — normally by re-sending working files, or by refunding you if we can't. Contact kamalsinno9@gmail.com and include your order number.

Orders awaiting payment. If you chose Bank Transfer / Other at checkout and have not yet sent payment, you can cancel at no cost — just email us. No files are released until payment is confirmed.

Immediate delivery. Digital content is supplied as soon as your order is paid. By completing your order you request immediate delivery and accept that you lose any statutory right to cancel once the download has been made available to you. Where consumer law in your country grants rights that cannot be waived, those rights are unaffected by this policy.

Licence. Files are licensed for personal use only. They may not be resold, redistributed or used commercially.
