Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of meus-3948.myshopify.com and to anything you buy from us. By placing an order you agree to them. We may update these terms from time to time; the version published at the time of your order is the one that applies to you.

What we sell. Méus sells digital wallpaper files. Nothing physical is shipped. Each product page lists the file formats, pixel dimensions and the number of files included. Files are delivered by email or download link once payment is confirmed.

Your licence. When you buy a file you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it. You may set it as a wallpaper, lock screen or background on devices you own, and you may print a copy for your own personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense or give away the files; use them commercially, including in products, advertising or client work; upload them to stock, wallpaper, NFT or file-sharing sites; or claim them as your own work. We keep ownership of all files and designs at all times.

Payment. Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time, though changes will not affect orders already placed. Payment is by PayPal, which also accepts Visa and Mastercard, or by bank transfer and other manual methods arranged by email. Orders paid manually stay on hold and no files are released until we confirm the payment has arrived.

Delivery and access. We aim to deliver files promptly after payment is confirmed. Download links may expire after a period or a set number of downloads; if yours has expired or does not work, email us and we will re-send it. Please save your files somewhere safe once downloaded.

Refunds. All sales are final. Our refund policy forms part of these terms and explains the limited circumstances in which we will re-send files or issue a refund.

Accuracy. We try to describe and display every product accurately, but screens vary and colours may differ slightly from what you see. We do not guarantee that descriptions or other content are entirely free of errors.

Availability. We may add, change, withdraw or stop selling any product at any time without notice.

Acceptable use. You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, to interfere with its operation, or to copy or scrape its content.

Liability. The site and the files are provided as they are. To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or the files, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
